Women’s Leadership Initiative Annual Midway Dinner Pictures

On December 18, the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Program hosted its annual Midway Dinner, a highlight of the year for fostering connection and conversation. Held at the charming 1860 Public House in Red Bud, IL, the evening brought together a dynamic group of leaders and community members.

Our guest speaker for the evening, Sarah Hartwick, Vice President of Illinois Education Workforce Policy, delivered an insightful and engaging talk. Her informal speech sparked meaningful discussions about the intersection of education and workforce development, leaving attendees inspired and motivated to continue building stronger communities.

Afterward, attendees enjoyed a delicious dinner while networking and exchanging ideas. These moments of fellowship and collaboration are what make the WLI Program so impactful.

Thank you to Sarah Hartwick for sharing your expertise and to everyone who attended and contributed to such a wonderful evening. The energy in the room was truly inspiring, and I look forward to seeing the fruits of these discussions take shape in our community.

Stay tuned for more updates from the WLI Program as we continue working toward a brighter future for Illinois!
