Last week, State Representative David Friess spent time at Oak Hill Nursing Home in Waterloo where he got a close-up look at the incredible work being done by the staff. During his visit, he met with the management team, toured the facility, and learned more about the day-to-day lives of the residents.
As he walked through different units, Rep. Friess was able to see firsthand the routines that keep the residents engaged and cared for. He took time to sit down with the Administration to hear their thoughts, listen to their concerns, and understand their plans for continuing to provide quality care.
Rep. Friess assured the staff that their voices matter, and he is committed to considering their feedback as he works on behalf of the community. By connecting directly with Oak Hill, he hopes to support their mission to deliver compassionate care for Waterloo’s seniors.
