Red Bud…As part of an ongoing effort to reach seniors in the community, State Representative David Friess (R-Red Bud) and State Senator Terri Bryant will host a free senior health fair on Monday, August 2. Seniors will be offered a number of helpful guides, literature, and other resources from a variety of state, county, and local senior service agencies.
“Now more than ever it is important that we provide helpful services and information to our seniors,” said Friess. “This event provides an excellent opportunity for seniors to learn about many of the wonderful services our area provides. My staff and others will be on hand to help with any issues you may have.”
As Friess noted, General Assembly staff members will be on hand to assist constituents with their state government concerns. Attendees can also sign up for a chance to win a door prize. Complimentary refreshments will be served.
