SPRINGFIELD… State Representative David Friess (R-Red Bud) has officially been sworn-in as a new member of the 102nd Illinois General Assembly for the 116th Legislative District.
“When I entered the race for state representative, I ran on a platform of lowering taxes, promoting job growth initiatives, enacting term limits, and protecting your 2nd Amendment rights. That is my focus and what my goals will be during my time in office,” said Rep. Friess. “There is a lot to be done but I will work hard to promote and uphold these ideals on behalf of the citizens of the 116th district.”
Rep. Friess understands the importance of being a voice for the people of the 116th District. The district office is located at 143 South Main Street in Red Bud. Constituents of Rep. Friess will be able to contact the office for any state-related concerns. You can also call his office at (618) 282-7284 or go to his website at www.repfriess.com.
“I am your state representative. Please feel free to reach out to my office with any issue you may have. I am more than happy to assist in any way I can and I look forward to working for you,” concluded Rep. Friess.
Rep. Friess was born and raised in southern Illinois. He and his wife of 32 years, Miki, grew up in Randolph County and graduated from Chester High School.
